A Man who is producing charcoal

Here is the last place in Roztocze where charcoal is made by the traditional method. Charcoal production is taking place in a big steel stoves. Beech wood is the best raw material using in production, which is burning in high temperatures. That process takes three days and ends when the proper pieces of charcoal is taking out from hot stove. In the final part of charcoal production the material is packed into bags.
